O n June 5 , 986 , Patricia Biwer was walking on an asphalted oath
in Como Zoo and stepped into a hole. The hole was a result of
not asphalt ' ng the entire area and Mrs . Biwer tripped and hurt her
ankle. As result she incurred medical expenses in the amount of
$51 . 00 , whi h we agreed to reimburse her for .
On July 1 , 986 , a City of St. Paul employee , Joe McKinney was
wo.rking at unning Recreation Center with the pee wee baseball
team. Mr. cKinne_y was hitting fly balls to the players toward
Marshall Av nue rather than towards the fi�ld. One of the balls
struck a pa sing motorist , Matthew Thomas ' , vehicle and caused
damage in t e amount of $67. 20 , of which this office agreed to
reimburse M . Thomas.
