Gurne Street from the water utility right-of-way to 150 feet south
of We t Wheelock Parkway and in an easement in Block 12, Gurney
Highl d Park. Also, construct sanitary sewer service connections
where necessary.

The Counc' of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered id report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�$ 1 600 , financedby assessments $6,360 and City Aid $8,240.
Sanitary sewer connections assessed at cost.
2. That a p blic hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of Sep tember, 1986 ,at
10:00 0' lock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
, 3. That no e of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and lace of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
