Construct n of a sanitary sewer in Stinson Street from Mackubin
Street to 80 feet east of Mackubin.
The CouncIl of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered aid report,hereby resolves:
1. That the id report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 3 100 , financed by as sessments $11,550 and City Aid $11,550,
2. That a p blic hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of September, 1986 ,at
10:00 d lock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That no ce of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time an place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
