(NPP) Li ting Pro�ect on both sides of Smith Avenue from Stevens
Street t 100 feet south of Baker Street (west side) and 75 feet
south o Baker Street (east side). Also, 50 feet north of
Annapoli Street to Annapolis Street from June 1 thru December
31, 1987
The Counc' of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered aid report,hereby resolves:
1. That the id report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 1 3 , financed by assessments direct to taxes
2. That a p blic hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of Sep tember, 1986 ,at
10:00 0' lock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That no ce of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time an place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
