b. The MWCC shali require its contractor to maintain and to require
ail of its subcontractors to maintain all insurance as described
in said specifications and further shail require the City of Saint
Paui to be named as an additionai insured on all insurance
policies. Aiso that contractor or his representative shall furnish
properly executed Certificates of insurance to the City of
Saint Paul, Room fi00 City Hali Annex.
2. City hereby grants permission for MWCC and their contractor to
perf construction work of the Middle Beit Line interceptor within
the ity of Saint Paui rights-of-way and properties in ail areas
sho n on the plans.
3. The ity Cierk is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this
Res lution to Mr. T. F. Keegan, Metropolitan Waste Controi
Com ission, 350 Metro 5quare Buiiding, Seventh and Robert Streets,
St. 1, Minnesota 55101.
