The City Council authorized an application to the Department of Trade and Economic
Development for a$375,000 forgivable loan and the HRA authorized $91,000 from the
UDAG Revolving Eund for the Buckbee Mears St. Paul project. Since then the company's
performance has substantially improved and they are no longer in need of public
financial assistance.
IFAPPROVED:
Savings of $375,000 by the State's Economic Recovery Fund and savings of $82,509 of
HRA funds.
