Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committ e By Date FURTH RESOLVED, that all Police and Department of Public Works empl ees may issue tickets for violations of the provisions of Chapter 61 ; and, be it FURTHE RESOLVED, that all tickets issued for violations of Chapter 61 occur in a timely fashion; and, be it FURTHE RESOLVED, that the additional revenue generated be dedicate to the parking enforcement program; and, be it FURTHE RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Police Department contract w th enough towing companies to assure the towing of all violato s of Chapter 163 in a timely fashion after notifica- tion to the towing company about the vehicles ' location.
