W EREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul by resolutions C.
F. 149 69� and C.F. 150108, recorded as document number 275532 and by
resol tibn C.F. 153346 and C.F. 153942 recorded as document number
290444 aondemned easements for slopes, cuts and fill in grading and
surfac n�', of the alleys in Block 1, Midway Highland Park; and,
W EREAS, said easements extend over a part of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9,
Block aif Midway Highland Park; and,
E1�EAS, said easements are an encumbrance on the property title
due to e�tisting builcling construction over these easements; and,
E�tEAS, the slope easements were necessary for the period of
constr c�ion of the alleys and are no longer required.
ERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul hereby
relea es all of its interest in the easements described above for
slopes , �uts and fills over the following described land:
� Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 1 Midway Highland Park
E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul ereby authorizes and directs the proper City Officials to
execu e a Quit Claim Deed to release its interest in the easements
over he above described land.
