RESO V�D, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and direc ed, to execute a two year lease agreement between the City of
Saint Pa 1 (Police Department) and the State of Minnesota for the
joint use of the City's Intoxalizer equipment and office space located
at 101 E. Tdnth Street, a copy of said agreement to be kept on fi�e
and of re or,d in the Department of Finance and Management Services.

hereinafter referred to s "LESSOR", and the STATE 0� MINNESOTA, Department of Administration,
hereinafter referred to s "LESSEE", acting for the benefit of the

shall be considered as an amendment and
addition to Lease No. 8109
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the LESS R and the LESSEE entered into Lease No. 8109 , dated
Jul 31 1985 , involving the rental of Jo�nt usage wi h Lessor,
with 24 hour acce every day, of rooms located on the main floor of the building at
101 East lOth Str t, in the City of St. Paul, such rooms to be as designated by Lessor,
and,
WHEREAS, the parties eem certain amendments and additional terms and conditions mutually beneficial for the
effective continuation said Lease,
NOW TFiEREFORE, th LESSOR and the LESSEE agree to substitution and/or addition of the following terms
and conditions which s II become a part of Lease No. $1p..9 , effective as of the date set forth
