ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED� The bridge can be kept open to traffic with the posted weight limit until continued deterioration prevents it. DISADVANTAGESIFAPPROVE�� Vehicles heavier than the 5 ton proposed weight limit will require heavier vehicles to detour to another route. The bridge was load posted to 15 tons per vehicle in 1992. DISADVANTAGESIFNOTAPPFOVED: The present load limit of 15 tons will accelerate the failure of the center abutment seat from heavier vehicular traffic.
