RESOL ED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and he �roper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURT R RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses i urred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

Addition located at Snelling and Como Avenues for the
purpose of private ingress and egress for an existing
building.
Recommended approval .
2. 5/2q 86 FINAL ORDER: Condemning and taking a 30-foot wide
temporary construction easement for storm sewer purposes
in the block bounded by Arcade, Mendota, Orange and
Hyacinth. Also a temporary storm sewer construction
easement in the block bounded by Arcade, Mendota, Rose
and Maryland.
Recommended approval .
3. 5/2 /86 FINAL ORDER: Constructing the Phalen Creek Sanitary
Interceptor Sewer along the Burlington Northern Right-of-
Way from approximately Earl Street to approximately Inter
State I-94. Also, condemning and taking an easement for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public
sewer on, under and across certain properties for the
Phalen Creek Sanitary Interceptor Sewer.
