The garage has been boarded up by the City since March 19, 1986 ; 2 . Because of fire damage, age, deterioration, lack of prope' maintenance and the following list of deficiencies, the buil ing is deemed to be hazardous : a. �� Severely burned roof areas . b. 'The rafters and sheathing are badly charred and 'the rafters are sagging. c . The southeast corner of the garage is severely charred. d. i he top one to two feet of the walls are severely 'charred. 3 . I The owners of the above described building shall make the same� safe and not detrimental to the public peace, health, safety nd welfare by having the said building razed or rehabili ated and the materials therefrom removed from the premises within thirty ( 30 ) days from the date of the service of this Ord r; 2 . Unless such corrective action is taken to comply with this Ord r or an Answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the office of the Clerk of District Court of Ramsey County, innesota within twenty (20) days from the date of the service f this Order, a Motion for summary enforcement of this Order to raze and remove the said building will be made to the Ramsey C nty District Court; 3 . In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of aint Paul pursuant to judgment of the District Court, all pers nal property or fixtures of any kind which may unreasona ly interfere with the razing and removal of these buildings shall be removed within ten (10 ) days from the entry of judgment; and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove a d dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided y �law; 4 . If, the City of Saint Paul is compelled to take any correctiv action herein, all necessary costs expended by the City will be assessed against the above described real estate and collected as other taxes; and be it FURT ER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution and inco orated Order herein be served upon the last record owners of the above described property in the manner provided by law.
