WHEREA , he Petitioner , Bethesda Lutheran Medical Center, has
requested tha in addition to vacating this parcel, that the City
release its in erests through the issuance of a Quit Claim Deed to the
petitioner .
THEREF RE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby a thorizes the proper City Officials to execute a quit
claim deed re easing its interest in the above described land to
Bethesda Lu he an Medical Center once all the terms and conditions of
Resolution 86- 38 have been complied with.
