RESOLUTION APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL CONTRACT
PHA SCATTERED SITE-HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
BETWEEN PHA AND CITY OF SAINT PAUL
WH REAS , there has been presented to the City Council a
Stan ar Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, HUD Form 51915
betw en the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul (PHA)
and he City of Saint Paul acting by and through its Department of
Plan in and Economic DeveloPment (PED) whereby PED staff would
prov de architectural and related services for the Scattered Site-
HouS ng Development Project (MN46P001032) in consideration of the
paym nt of the sum of $40, 956 ; and
1�JH REAS , the services to be provided by the PED under said
A�;re me t would be provided by PED professional and clerical
empl ye s and that by virtue of Minnesota Statutes Section 466 .07
Subd vi ion la the City would be required to defend said employees
agai st claims and indemnify them upon any judgment entered against
said em loyees arising out of the performance of the services under
said Ag eement; Now therefore, be it
RE OLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
Agre me t between PHA as Oc��.er and PED as Architect is hereby
appr ve and the proper City officers are hereby �,.uthorized to
exec te the same on behalf of the City of Saint Paul .
