having consider sai report,hereby resolves:
1. That e sa report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2. That a� ubl hearing be had on said improvement on the Srh day of p.��t� 1 a86 ,at
10:00 'clo k a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That tice f said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time a d pl e of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
