CLAIM AGA NS CITY OF SAINT PAUL

On April 3 , 1986 , a City of Saint Paul sign post fell over and
struck a e ' cle owned by claimant, Rita Staudt. The sign post
was ruste o t and its condition was not discovered during normal
inspectio a d replacement of signs . As a result of the accident ,
Ms. Staud ' s car was damaged in the amount of $178. 00.
