On Mal 2 , 1986 , the brakes failed on a City of Saint Paul ,
Depar. t en of Community Services, jeep driven by Sandra Unger.
As Ms . U er was attmepting to stop, the vehicle jumped the curb
and th f oat it was pulling struck a vehicle driven by claimant,
Linda ox As a result of the impact, the Cox vehicle was damaged
in the ' am unt of $671 . 94.
On Ma h 4 , 1986 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , ' v hicle driven by our employee, Joseph Muellner, turned
into e path of an oncoming vehicle driven and owned by Carla
Barwin k. As a result of the impact, Ms. Barwinck ' s car was
damage ' n the amount of $742 . 81 of which her insurance, State
Farm, ai less her deductible.
