service o he leased premises, it shall be the sole responsibility of
the LES E to pay the cost of any trackage , signals , etc. and/or any
mainten nc of said improvement. The LESSEE shall also need the
consent f he LESSOR for any railroad service to the leased premises,
for whi �h he LESSOR shall not unreasonably withhold. The LESSEE
indemni ie , defend, saves and holds harmless the LESSOR and any
agents e ployees there from all claims, demands, actions or causes

be resp s ble and pay the costs of clearing snow from its occupied

The Ci ' f Saint Paul , Department of Public Works shall be
respons bl to clear snow off of Hill Street lying between Chestnut
Street nd the warehouse complex in the same manner , practice and
schedulel, as for any other public right-of-way.
(30) ' Prphibited Uses. Prohibitive uses of building sections
adjacen t Section B and D of the warehouse complex shall be as
