IWHERE/�S, Harry Marshall is retiring after twe'nty years of

IWHEREAS, Harry Marshall was appointed to serve as City Clerk
t e City of Saint Paul by Mayor Thomas Byrne June 7, 1966, and
� s eappointed by succeedin� May�ors Charles McCar,'ty and Lawrence
he ' and served until Ju�e 3, 1974; and was appointed by the Sa?nt
�u1 City Council to serve as its Secretary during this same period

WHEREAS, Harry Marshall was then appointed by the Ramsey County
ar of Commissioners to serve as its Secretary from June A, 197<<
