WHEREAS, iTh City of Saint Paul , through its Department of Community
Se ic !s, Division of Parks and Recreation, and Ramsey County,
th ug its Department of Public Works, have jointly designed and
pr ar d plans and specifications for the diversion and treatment of
ma r torm sewer inflows to Como Lake in connection with City
Pr ec L86-00-04, Como Park Golf Course Reconstruction and Ramsey
Co ty Project CON 47346 Lake Como Restoration - Phase II, and
WHEREAS, Ci y-County Agreements are necessary for the Construction,
Op at on and Maintenance of the improvements made under said
Pr ec s, and
WHEREAS,' R sey County has, by resolution of its Board, authorized the
pr ar ion and execution of said City-County Agreements, pending
li a thorization by the City of St. Paul ,
NOW THE FO E BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Sai ' t aul , that the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul is hereby
au or zed and directed to execute Construction and Operation and
Mai te ance Agreements between the City of Saint Paul and Ramsey
Co ty Ifor the improvements to be made under City Project L86-00-04
an Co hty Project CON 47346.
