THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l . That Section 183.16 of the Saint Paul Legislative Gode is hereby amended as follows: � � 183.16. Enforcement; procedures. The director shall �' promptly investigate, upon complaint or upan his or her own motion, any violations of this chapter, including violations filed against the city of Saint Paul .
