RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution be amended in Section I F 1 (b) , Advancement in Salary, by adding to the end of subsection (b) the following: "b For each 2080 hours an employee has appeared on the new payroll in one position after he has attained Step C he may be granted an increase in salary of one step up to and including Step E, or in the case of an employee in a position in a class in the Professional-Administrative Occupation Group, Step F; except, however, if said employee has received a five-year increase he may be granted an increase in salary of one step up to and including Step F, or in the case of an employee in a position in a class in the Professional-Administrative Occupational Group, Step G; and if he has received a ten-year increase he may be granted the ten-year step, and if he has received a fifteen- year increase he may be granted the fifteen-year step. However in no case will an Environmental Health Specialist appointed after $-1-86 be granted Step F until he she presents evidence of registration as an Environmental Specialist Sanitarian by the State of Minnesota.
