WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has implemented and
established a Storm Sewer System Charge for the purpose of
paying for the construction, reconstruction, repair, enlargement
and improvements necessitated by the separation of the combined
sewer system in Saint Paul and for the maintenance, operation
and use of the separated storm sewer system; and
THEREFORE BE I�i' RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of Saint Paul shall hold a public hearing on June 19, 1986
a� 10 :00 A.M. in the Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall
and Courthouse, to consider the adoption of City policy regard-
ing the establishment of the Storm Water Sewer Charge program,
including the determination and calculation of said charge
and guidelines and procedures for review of these charges,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED at the same hearing the City
Council shall establish and determine the Storm Sewer �ystem
�ates for all properties within the City of Saint Paul for
the 1986 ,torm Sewer gystem �harge.
