WHEREAS, the County has pl�nned the improvement of
McKnight Road tCSAH68) fro�n 1500 feet south of Maryland Avenue
to 400 feet north of Larpentjuer Avenue, and
WHEREAS the ro osed wid I hs re uire certain arkin restrictions now

therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the parking
of motor vehicies on both �'ides of McKnight Road from 400 feet north
of ivy Avenue to Larpentue� Avenue, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the proper�City officials are authorized to execute a
cooperative construction agreement for the construction of this project.
