WHEREAS: J.W. Inc, and Sibley Apartment Redevelopment . On Sale
Lic{uor Licensee at 366 Jackson St. (Galtier P aza) , doing
business at Spats, has rec{uested permission t extend their
service area, be it therefore
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be an the same is
hereby extended to include the Common Area on the third floor
directly adjacent to the entrance with the fo lowing stipulations;
1.) That the extended service area be secured during non-business
hours.
2.) That the construction of the enclosure be completed before
the service of liquor begins.
