cc�ndemning and taking a 30 foot easement for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and ac oss
the following properties:
Part of Lots 20, 21, 26, Cottage Homes, �ying west of a li e 7
feet easterly of and parallel to the northerly extension of the
centerline of Virginia Street and east of a line 23 feet west rly
of and parallel to the northerly extension of the centerline of
Virginia Street and south of the north right-of-way line of the
Burlington Northern Inc. and north of the south right-of-way ine
of the Burlington Northern Inc.

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amou t of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said impro ment, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 24th day of
June, 1986 , at ten o'clock A.M., and that the Dire tor of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
