CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY KASMIR JANAS, JOSEPH PEREZ, AND
JUAN HERNANDEZ
On March 21 , 1986 , a City of Saint Paul street light fixture fell
while a City employee was removing it for repair. The fixture
landed on a parked vehicle owned by claimant, Kasm r Janas. Mr.
Janas ' car was dented as a result and repair cost were in the
amount of $146. 53 .
On April 11 , 1986 , a Saint Paul police vehicle dri en by Officer
Ballard struck a vehicle driven and owned by cl imant, Joseph
Perez , at Robert and Elizabeth Streets . Office Ballard was
looking for an address and turned into the Perez v hicle causing
damage in the amount of $1 , 105. 32.
On April 15 , 1986 , a Saint Paul fire department veh cle driven by
employee Paul Larson backed into a vehicle without seeing it on
Syndicate near University Avenue. The vehicle as owned and
driven by claimant , Juan Hernandez , and it was d maged in the
amount of $825. 42.
