RESOLVID, That the City Council of Saint Pa 1 does
hereby fix the 24th da.y of June, 1986, at 10:00 o'cloc in the
morning as the date on which the Council will hold a public
hearing in the City Council Chambers, Saint Paul, Minne ota, to
consider the level of operation and maintenance of t e Town
Square "Public Spaces" located within the following treets:
Cedar Street, Eighth Street, Minnesota Street and Sixt Street
for the period from Ju�y 1, 1986 to June 30, 1987, and t e costs
to be charged against the benefitted property, as deter ned by
the City, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publis notice
of such hearing in a legal newspaper at least twice, no 1 ss than
one week prior to such public hearing and not less than 0 days
prior to h�ving notice mailed to the owners of each parce within
the area proposed to be charged.
