This action is being requested to implement the results of a classification and compensation study. The WSC Progxam Manager position
directs, coordinates, and evaluates the operations of the St. PanURamsey County WIC program. WIC provides health screenings,
nutrition education, referrals, and cash-instrument food vouchers to over 15,000 low-income, high risk pregnant and breastfeeding
women, babies, and young children each month (180,000 client visits per year, over $8 million worth of cash-ix�suvment issued per
yeaz). The pasition supervises WIC services provided at 9 clinic sites throughout the County, 40 staff members, and an annual budget
of $1.61 million.

This action is being requested to implement the results of a classification and compensation study. The WSC Progxam Manager position
directs, coordinates, and evaluates the operations of the St. PanURamsey County WIC program. WIC provides health screenings,
nutrition education, referrals, and cash-instrument food vouchers to over 15,000 low-income, high risk pregnant and breastfeeding
women, babies, and young children each month (180,000 client visits per year, over $8 million worth of cash-ix�suvment issued per
