proper City officers are hereby authorized and di ected to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. John Murphy the sum of $2 , 288. 43 in full settlem nt of his
claim of damages sustained on or about January 1 , 1986 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on January 29, 1986.
2 . Kevin Steadland the sizm of $159. 00 in full settl ment of his
claim of damages sustained on or about March 13 , 1986 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on March 25 , 1986 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOHN MURPHY AND KEVIN STEADLAND
On January 16 , 1986 , at the intersection of Rice andiLarpenteurin
Saint Paul , claimant ' s (John Murphy) 1986 Mazda pi kup, license
number B2000 , was struck by a Saint Paul Public Works truck
driven by James Luger. John Murphy seeks damages ' n the amount
of $2 , 288. 43 . This office approves the settlement�� Mr. Murphy ' s
claim in that amount .
On March 13 , 1986 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Community
Services , vehicle driven by employee John Poor slid nto a parked
car owned by claimant, Kevin Steadland. Mr. Steadl nd ' s car was
damaged as a result in the amount of $159. 00. This o fice approves
the settlement of Mr. Steadland' s claim in that amoun .
