available to the Information & Complaint Office of the City of Saint Paul to
assist with situations that are not solely aovernment relat d; to provide in-
service sessions for Infqrmation & Complaint O�fice staf.f t familiarize and
update them about services available; to examine possibilit'es o� creatina a
direct linkage between Information & Complaint and Cooperat' --�ti �ve in
