both sides of a centerline described as follows: I
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 21, Townsllip 21N, Range 22W,
St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota north along the centerlin of Arcade Street
a distance 951 feet to the south right-of-way line of Eas Hyacinth Avenue,
Chence east along south right-of-way line of East Hyacinth Avenue a distance
of 336 feet to the point of beginning of easement centerlinll, thence south 150
feet to the termination of easement centerline.
Temporary easement shall expire on December 1, 1986.
