waive and release the retained utility easements i the vacated
public property as described above; and
BE IT FURTHBR RESOLVED, that upon passage of th s Resolution
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ile a copy of
this resolution for recording in the office of the Regis�er of
Deeds of Ramsey County, and shall maintain a opy of all
