CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MARIE T. MURPHY
Claimant , Marie Murphy , seeks reimbursement for damage to her
1982 Ford Escort which occurred on November 29 , 1985 . Ms . Murphy ' s
vehicle , which was legally parked in front of the Doro hy Day Center
at 183 Old 6th Street , was struck by a Saint Paul poli e squad
driven by Officer Lynne Sorenson , This office aproves the settlement
of Ms . Murphy ' s claim in the amount of $563 . 02 .
