"F"; vacated Bayless Avenue; vacated Kendrick Street; acated
Ada Street; and vacated Pickard Street all in St. nthony
Park to St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, ]�ying w' hin a
strip of land 80.00 feet wide, the centerline of said strip
is described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of aymond
Avenue and the centerline of Energy Park Drive w st of
Raymond Avenue; thence northeasterly on a line 261.9 feet
more-or-less to the intersection with the centerl'ne of
Ener� Park Drive east of Raymond Avenue, said line makes
angle of 89 degrees, 12 minutes, 00 seconds wi h the
centerline of Energy Park Drive west of Raymond Ave e as
measured from the northwest to the northeast, to the p int'of
beginning of said centerline to be described; thence w sterly
on the westerly extension of the centerline of Ener Park
Drive east of Raymond Avenue, 50.57 feet; thence west rly on
a tangential curve concaved to the north, having a ra ius of
1000.00 feet, an arc length of 570.6�+ and a central an le of 32
de$rees, �+l minutes, 4�+ seconds; thence northwesterly angent
the last described curve 70.19 feet more-or-less to a point
on the present centerline of Energy Park Drive; and there
said centerline terminates. The northerly and so herly
lines of said 80.00 foot strip are prolonged or short ned to
terminate on the west line of Raymond Avenue a d the
southerly line of said 80.00 foot strip is shorte ed to
terminate on the northeasterly line of Energy Park Drive
(formerly known as Kasota Avenue) as condemned and de cribed
in City of SAint Paul Council File No. 17563
