The folloWing improvements for the GRAND AVENUE EAST ftEIG RHOOD
PARTRERSHIP LIGHTING PROJECT (Phase 2).
Construction of double lantern style decorative lights f r the
following area:
Both sides of Grand Avenue from about 260 feet west of V ctoria
(180 feet north side, 260 feet south side) to about 210 fe t west
of Lexington Parkway (210 feet north side, 130 feet south ide)
Both sides of Lexington Parkway from the alley north of Grand
Avenue to the alley south of Grand Avenue.
Both sides of Oxford from Grand Avenue to the alley no h of
Grand Avenue.
West side of Oxford from Grand Avenue to the alley south o Grand
Avenue.
Both sides of Chatsworth from Grand Avenue to the alley n rth of
Grand Avenue and
Both sides of Milton from Gra.nd Avenue to the alley no th of
Grand Avenue.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon th above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that he estimated cost thereof
�$ 280,905 , financed by assessments $168,405 and Neighbo hood Partnership
Project $112,500.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2�th day of ay, 1986 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Build' g in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provide by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as stimated.
