Voting In the Matter of condemning and taking a temporary constructio easement
Ward for storm sewer purposes, in the block bounded Arcade,
6 Mendota, Orange and Hyacinth, over, across and rough a
thirty (30) foot wide strip of land located fif en (15)
feet on both sides of a centerline described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 2 , Tawnship
21 North, Range 22 West, St Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
north along the centerline of Arcade Street a d' tance 951
feet to the south right-of-way line of E. Hyaci th Avenue,
thence east along south right-of-way line of E• yacinth
Avenue a distance of 336 feet to the point of b ginning of
easement centerline, thence south 150 feet to t termination
of easement centerline.
Also, a temporary easement for storm sewer cons ruction purposes
in the block bounded by Arcade, Mendota, Rose a d Maryland,
over, across, and through the following describ d property:
The east 30 �eet of Lot 20, Block 1, Eastville eights, St. Paul
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
These temporary easements shall expire on Decem er 1, 1986 or
upon completion of the project, whichever occur first.
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon he above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and th t the estimated cost thereof
is $ 2.000 . financed by 1986 Water Pollution Abate ent Funds .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of
May, 1986 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in t e Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provide by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as e timated.
