Voting In the Matter of cons tructing the EAST RITTSON UALE INTERCEPTO SEWER along
Ward the Short Line Rosd right-of-way between Sum�ait Avenu and Inter
3 & 1 State Highway 35E.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon e above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and th the estimated cost thereof
is$ 700,000 , financedby Water Pollution Abatement Funds Minnesota
Highway Department Funds and Federal and S ate Grants and
Loans.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13 th day of Ma 1986 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Buil ing in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provid d by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof estimated.
