Voting In the Matter of condemning and taking an easement for the East Kittson Dale
Ward Interceptor Sewer for the purpose of constructi and main-
3 & 1 taining a public sewer on, under and across the ollowing
properties;
That part of Lot 6, Block 2, Dunlap Place Addit' n lying
Northeasterly of a line 30 feet south of and pa llel to the
north line of said Lot 6 and southwesterly of t southwesterly
right-of-way line of the Short Line Road as eond mned per
Council File No. 206188, July 18, 1962.
Also, that part of vacated Evergreen Place lyin northerly of
a line 30 feet south of and parallel to the nor line of said
Lot 6, Block 2, Dunlap Plece Addition extended cross Evergreen
Place and south of a line beginning at the Nort est corner of
said Lot 6, Block 2, thence southwesterly to a oint on the
east line of Lot 6, Block 1, Dunlap Place Addit on 30 feet
south of the northeast corner of said Lot 6, B1 ck l, and
there te nninating. (Property near Short Line R ed and
St. Clair Avenue)
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby app roved with no lternatives, d th t the estim ted cost thereof
is $ 5,000 financed by 1986 Water Po�lution A�at eat Func�s.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13 th day of
MaY. 1986 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in e Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provid d by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as stimated.
