Voting In the Matter of the following improvements for the �RAND AVENUE WEST
Ward COrIl�iERCIAL AREA PROJBCT: Construction of Double and S ngle
3 lantern style decorative lights, trees and tree grates in
the following project area:
Both sfdes of Grand Avenue from about 150 feet esst o Snelling
Avenue (146 feet north side; 150 feet south side) to a out 150
feet west of Fairview (167 feet north side; 144 feet uth side)
Both sides of Fairview Avenue from the alley north of rand Avenue
to the alley south of Grand Avenue.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon t e above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and tha the estimated cost thereof
is$ 286.644 , financed by Assessments $149,144 and Neigh rhood Partnership
Program (NPP) $137,500
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13 th day of ay, 1986 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Buil g in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provid d by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof estimated.
