CL��IM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY TAMMY STRAND
On February 20 , 1986, a �City of Saint Paul vehicl driven by
employee William Pantelis struck a vehicle owned an driven by
Tammy Strand. Our vehicle slid and crossed into th lane where
Ms. Strand was waiting to turn. As a result of the impact, Ms.
Strand' s vehicle was damaged in the amount of $188. 52,
