CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY DONALD A. EVANS
During the last week of January, 1986, a City of Sai t Paul snow
plow driven by our employee plowed into a fence near gden Avenue
and Highway 61 owned by claimant, Donald Evans. As a result, Mr.
Evans ' fence was damaged in the amount of $178. 00.
