Voting In the Matter of condemning and taking a $o foot easement for e purpose of
Ward constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, unde and across the
5 following properties;
The easterly 20 feet of the westerly 27 feet of Bloc 17, Beaupre
and Kelly's Addition to the City of St Paul, Ramsey ounty, Minnesota.
(Block bounded by Jessamine, Magnolia, DeSoto and Ar right Streets)
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon he above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and th t the estimated cost thereof
is $ 6,000 . financed by 1986 Water Pollution Aba ement Funds
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of
�[a�, 1986 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in t e Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provide by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as e timated.
