Voting In the Matter of condemning and taking a 30 foot easement for t e purpose of
Ward constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across
5 the following properties:
Lot 13, 29 and 30, Winsor Square; That part of vacate alley in
Winsor Square;
The centerline of said 30 foot easement described as ollows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 13 15 feet
West of the southeast corner of said lot; thence Nort parallel
to the East line of said Lot 13, 132.63 feet more-or- ess to the
centerline of the vacated alley; thence northeasterly 132.94 feet
more-or-less to a point on the North line of said Lot 29, said point
being 10.02 feet West of the northeast corner of said Lot 29 and
there terminating. Subject to easements of record. n the block
bounded by Magnolia, Cook, DeSoto and Arkwright)
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and th t the estimated cost thereof
is $ 8,000 . financed by Water �$�,�,�ioa Abatement unds 1986
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of
��, 1986 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in e Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provid d by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as stimated.
