WHEREAS, the following House Drain Contractor, having met all
of the provisions of Chapter 240 of the Legislative de of
the City of St. Paul, and having made the proper app ' cation
for a HOUSE DRAIN CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that said House Drain Contractor, upon pro iding a
bond, insurance certificate and the payment of One H dred
Twenty One Dollars ($121.00) license fee, is hereby ranted
a license authorizing him to engage in the business f House
