of damages sustained on or about October 4 , 1985 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk' s office on February 3 , 1986 .
2 . Dorothea Wilson the sum of $1 , 000. 00 in full set lement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about Janua y 28, 1986 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of C1 im filed
in the City Clerk' s office on February 25 , 1986.
3. Anthony J. Kresel , Sr, the sum of $721. 98 in ful settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about Fe ruary 20,
1986 , as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim
filed in the City Clerk' s office on March 5, 198 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT DUSEK, DOROTHEA WILSON,
AND ANTHONY J. KRESEL, SR.
Claimant, Robert Dusek, seeks reimbursement for expenses he
incurred when he was erroneously issued a parki g ticket on
October 4, 1985 by the Saint Paul Police Department. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Dusek ' s claim in he amount of
$31. 50.
In November, 1985 and January, 1986, there were pump malfunctions
at the Saint Paul Sewer pump station near 514 W st Jessamine
Avenue. As a result of the malfunctions, the ba ment in the
home of claimant, Dorothea Wilson, at 514 West Jess mine flooded
with sewage. Personal property and damage to the bas ent occurred
from these floodings in the amount of $1 , 000. 00
Claimant , Anthony J. Kresel , Sr. , requests reim rsement for
damages to his 1979 Ford pickup which occurred on February 20,
1986 at the intersection of Starkey and Plato in Sai t Pal when a
Saint Paul police squad driven by Howard Bortz tur ed into his
vehicle. This office approves settlement of Mr. K esel ' s claim
in the amount of $721 . 98.
