in partial settlement of his claim of damages ustained on
or about August 9, 1985 , as more particularly se out in the
Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office n September 10,
1985.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
DEL STAK dba DEL' S TRANSPORTATION
On August 9, 1985 , a City of Saint Paul police vehi le driven by
Officer Frank Foster rear-ended a vehicle that was s opped for a
left hand turn. The vehicle was owned by claiman , Del Start
dba Del ' s Transportation, and as a result of the impact the
vehicle was totaled in the amount of $2 , 901 . 22. he owner of
the vehicle used the services of Ehrman and Associa es , Inc. to
adjust their claim for the amoutn of property damage nly.
