The parking restrictio s listed pursuant to this chapter shall not apply on Sundays or upon the following holidays: New Years ay, Martin Luther King Day, Presiden�ts Day, Mem rial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, eterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
