WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Pa 1 on November
21, 1985 approved resolution 85-1565 which authori ed the proper
City Officials to execute a Consent of Easem nt with the
Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC) in co 'unction with
the East Minneapolis Interceptor Sewer over land designated as
parcel 135 and parcel 136 located on Pelha Blvd. and
Mississip i River Blvd. and described in the exhib ts attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has reviewed he appraisals
and has recommended that the City accept the am unts as stated
therein as just compensation for the easement to wi :

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials

This Stipulation is made and entered into as of this

Waste Control Commission, hereinafter "Petitioner", nd the City
of St. Paul, hereinafter "City", on their own behalv s and by and
between their respective counsel as follows:
WHEREAS, Petitioner has commenced this action to acquire
�hrough eminent domain proceedings certain easem nts for the
construction and/or maintenance of a metropo itan sewer
interceptor; and
WHEREAS, City has an interest in parcel num rs 135 and
136 ; and
W�HEREAS, Petitioner has offered to City as just
compensation for its interest in parcels 135 .an 136 their
