WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council Files # 5-535 (4/18/85)
and #85-985 (7/30/85) , said resolutions being th Final Orders
necessary to the approval of certain sidewalk constr ction projects
identified as Finance and Management Files No. S-1 250 (West side
Snelling Avenue South from Lincoln Avenue extended to Goodrich Avenue
extended) and No. 5-11338 (East side Snelling Avenue No th from Midway
Parkway to Fair Place) .
WHEREAS, said sidewalk project No. 5-11250 was one by private
permit (Macalester College) and No. 5-11338 will be onstructed and
paid for by the State of Minnesota (State Paving Proje t) and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said side alk projects be
cancelled and rescinded from their respective Final Or ers.
